In the middle of an election period for the French president Valéry Giscard d’Estaing, three students from the University of Jouy take advantage of a new French technology: the Minitel. Their revolutionary idea is to propose a pink minitel service under the name 3615 Monique. Their revolutionary idea contributes to the sexual disinhibition of the whole country.
Placing its action in a Parisian suburb, it is actually the premises of the IUT of Angoulême which played the role of the premises of the college of Jouy.
Taking place during the 1980’s, the decoration teams realized a very careful reconstitution of the Giscardian era. Between Solex, broadcasting of the program Cartes sur tables or even electoral poster of the campaign of 1981, everything is there.
The series takes place over 3 seasons. The last one should cover the arrival of the Internet.
