Colbert Street
The video starts with screenshots from the Charente Libre website about the shooting of the clip in question. It must be said that when KSM and his many friends landed at the Colbert Street level in December 2020, no one knew about it. No authorization was requested. Behind the camera, director Alan Cohzn, a regular in rap videos, films KSM in Colbert Street or on the roof of a building, before shooting with a drone. At night, he shoots fireworks and worries even more the inhabitants of the neighbourhood. Once the video is finished, they can nevertheless see that there is no damage.
On social networks, the clip of Kilomètres is a hit. Propelled by the buzz about his wild shooting, he accumulates views and offers KSM an unexpected visibility, beyond the borders of La Grande Garenne, where he is already a star, but also beyond those of Angoulême.
Kilomètres is the first video of the rapper KSM.
Rue Colbert
Located at the edge of the La Grande Garenne neighborhood, Colbert Street borders an apartment building, west of downtown Angoulême.
The Grande Garenne district, like Basseau and Ma Campagne, has been the subject of an urban revitalization program. Dominated by a tower, La Grande Garenne is mostly made up of apartments but also includes a few shops. The neighborhood is located north of the Charente University Center, near the Hirondelle Golf Club. La Grande Garenne has a population of 2,161 inhabitants. This figure has been relatively stable for several years.
