Co-written by writer David Doenkinos and Jean-Paul Rouve, Lola et ses frères is the second film directed by the former troublemaker of Les Robins des Bois. Carried by Ludivine Sagnier, José Garcia or even Ramzy Bedia and Jean-Paul Rouve himself, the feature film was shot between Angoulême, Cognac, Saintes, La Rochelle, Bordeaux and Paris. It is the result of the collaboration of TF1 Studio, France 2 Cinéma and Les Films du Monsieur. Its budget was 6 million euros.
