Wonder Woman 1984 : from Alexandria to Tenerife

Movie

Wonder Woman 1984, the superhero world tour…

After the immense success of Wonder Woman in 2017, Patty Jenkins directs the sequel to the adventures of the superheroine embodied by the incredible Gal Gadot.

The very first recognizable place is the Landmark Mall located in Alexandria, Virginia. Wonder Woman indulges in one of her usual brawls with criminals. Opened in 1965, this impressive 62,700m2 complex unfortunately closed in 2017 for renovation. After multiple plans, most of which failed, the centre is finally being rehabilitated, but will no longer have anything to do with the building seen in the feature film.

The second place is the famous capitol of Washington DC.

Afterwards, we see a series of incredible actions that Wonder Woman has the secret and a lot of equally varied landscapes. Among them, the immense Jayran Wall in Almerià, Spain or the beaches of Tenerife in the Canary Islands.

According to several sources, the cameras of Wonder Woman 1984 also landed in London, near the White House, the Lincoln Memorial and other Canary Islands. Landscapes to be discovered in cinemas from June 2020.
