Scott Lowell is an American comedian born in 1965 in Denver.

Scott Lowell studied theatre at the University of Connecticut and then at the National Theatre Institute.

He performed on stage for over ten years before landing his first television role in the show Caroline in the City.

After Frasier, he played Ted in the series Queer as Folk from 2000 to 2005.

He also participated in Heroes, Bones, NCIS, CSI and Bones.
