Ronan Allain is a French palaeontologist born in 1974.

Ronan Allain is in charge of the conservation of reptile and bird fossil collections at the Muséum national d’histoire naturelle (MNHN).

He participates every year in the palaeontological excavations of Angeac-Charente where he discovered and reconstructed the skeleton of an ornithomimosaur.
