Noël-Noël is a French actor, caricaturist and chansonnier born in 1897.

After a short career as a cartoonist for Le canard enchaîné and L’Humanité, Noël-Noël began a career as a cabaret singer.

His first film role came in 1930 in La prison en folie. The German occupation did not slow him down. He was the star of the film La cage aux rossignols in 1945. Then came Le père tranquille and Les casses-pieds for which he received the Louis-Delluc prize.

He contributed to the creation of the Confolens festival of folk music.
