After living the first eight years of her life in Canada, Mylène Farmer and her family settled in Chaville, near Paris.
She trained as an actress at the Cours Florent. She then met Laurent Boutonnat. With Jérôme Dahan, they wrote Maman à tord and entrusted her with the interpretation.
Then came the big hits like Libertine, Tristana, Sans contrefaçon, Pourvu qu’elles soient douces and Désenchantée.
