In 1975, Laurent Audouin discovered his passion for books when he discovered the immense variety of works in the library of La Blaiserie in Poitiers.
In 2007, he met the novelist Fanny Joly with whom he created Les enquêtes de Mirette. These illustrated novels were then adapted into an animated series broadcast on TF1.
He created the series Génial, mon école part (Génial, my school leaves) published by Les p’tits bérets.
With Amélie Sarn, he wrote Les aventures fantastiques de Sacré-Coeur, published by Le petit Lézard.
He illustrates numerous books, covers and articles for the children’s press.
