Chantal Goya is a French actress and singer born in 1942 in Saigon, Indochina.

In 1966, Chantal Goya participated in the film Masculin féminin by Jean-Luc Godard. Her future husband wrote the soundtrack for this film.

She also played in films by Pierre Tchernia, Didier Kaminka and Philippe Labro.

Her singing career took off in the 1970s when she became a children’s idol thanks to songs and shows written by Jean-Jacques Debout.
