After writing more than 300 pages for various magazines, he made his debut in the 9th art with the series Clifton, Robin Dubois and Léonard, all illustrated by Turk.

He won the Alph-Art youth award at the Angoulême festival for volume 16 of the Robin Dubois series in 1990.
