Newly married and ambitious, Jordan Belfort decides at 26 years old to go to the only place that makes him dream: Wall Street. This is the beginning of his meteoric rise.

Equitable Life Building

The offices of L.F. Rothschild, where Jordan began his career as a financial analyst, are located in this beautiful Wall Street building occupying an entire block. When it was inaugurated in 1915, it offered the largest surface area in the world with 176,000 m2 available on 38 floors.

Kacandes Diner

Jordan meets his future first partner, Donnie Azoff (Jonah Hill), at the dinner, renamed for the occasion after one of the film’s producers. The shares are generous and cheap. as a result of the discussion, they formed their own brokerage firm, Stratton Oakmont.

Penthouse of Jordan Belfort

Thanks to his success in business, the Wall Street wolf is changing his lifestyle. He’s buying himself a gorgeous penthouse in this luxury building. It is here that three days after the argument with his wife over their separation, Naomi (Margot Robbie) moves in with him.

North Cove Marina

The FBI is visiting Jordan on his yacht moored in this beautiful marina near Ground Zero. Do not hesitate to go and discover it and take the opportunity to cross the Winter Garden Atrium, just next door.

Top of the Sixes

Just arrived at L.F. Rotschild’s, the real Jordan Belfort tells in his autobiography that he is invited to lunch by his chef, Mark Hanna, at the Top of the Sixes, the former restaurant on the 41st floor of this building. Brokers loved to eat there.

Trump Tower

Jordan’s life takes a turn under the glittering porch of the Trump Tower. A violent argument occurs with his wife when she catches him in a limousine with Naomi. They’ll get divorced three days later.


During a meal with the detective he employs, Jordan learns that Patrick Denham (Kyle Chandler) wants to watch the video of his wedding with Naomi to find out who his accomplices are among the guests. Martin Scorsese appreciated this very select restaurant opened in 1896. In particular, he recruited 21 of the staff to play in Les Affranchis.

FBI offices

After discovering evidence that the Wall Street wolf has laundered money, the FBI summons him and offers him a deal: to avoid twenty years in prison, he must denounce and trap his accomplices. The real FBI offices are on the 23rd floor.

The Four Seasons

Jordan proposed to Naomi at a dinner at this luxurious restaurant. While The Four Seasons occupied one of the top floors of this building between 1959 and 2016, it has just moved and is due to reopen very soon at 280 Park Avenue.
