From the outside, he hears a scream coming from his ex-wife and daughter‘s building. He rushes into the apartment to make sure everything is alright. Situated just a few steps from the home of Dalida, at 11 bis rue d'Orchampt which was previously occupied by the writer Louis-Ferdinand Céline, this small square is decorated with a bronze bust done by Aslan. The sculpture was inaugurated in 1997, on the tenth anniversary of the singer’s death.

At the end of the high-speed chase, the Albino (Tomas Lemarquins) takes cover in this metro station. Ethan catches up to him but his illness prevents him from neutralizing him immediately. It’s only when he risks getting decapitated by the metro train that the CIA agent manages to get himself up and finish with the Wolf’s lieutenant. This station, open in 1937, is one of the least busy in Paris with only slightly more than a million users per year, which ranks it at number 275 out of 302.

Grand Hotel Paris Intercontinental

Staying at the Grand Hotel, the Albino comes out as Ethan is waiting for him at the wheel of a Peugeot 208. The chase begins. The shooting of this scene brought on a debate between Kevin Costner and the director. The actor insisted on doing his own stunts. Even though he was adamant, he had to accept being doubled by a professional due to the degree of danger involved.  Inaugurated in 1862, the grand Hotel has 470 rooms.

Hotel George V

Ethan manages to find the room of the Albino’s « accountant » but he’s interrupted by a call from Zooey. She’s waiting for him for their father-daughter rendez-vous. The personalized ring tone of the teen’s telephone calls was invented during the filming so that viewers would identify with the character. It’s the song I love it by Icona Pop featuring Charli XCX. This hotel, built in 1928, joined the ranks of the eight other Palace Hotels in France in 2011. It has 244 rooms including 59 suites.
