Royal Dragon
This former car wash has been completely renovated for the needs of the series. Production has turned it into a Chinese restaurant. It is in its window that the SUV of Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) ends its race to prevent the fight between Elektra Nachios (Elodie Yung) and the three other Defenders.

The Hand HQ
Midland Circle, the shell company managed by The Hand is located in this luxury apartment building. His architect is wanted by Jessica in another investigation.

Paramount Theatre
Even though the interior of this building is more often seen, its facade is striking. The Defenders are hiding there during their war with The Hand. Opened in 1930, this cinema was the largest on the island with 2,300 seats. It closed in 1977 and was later converted into a nightclub and then a concert hall, where the Ramones and Metallica played, among others. The place has been permanently closed and abandoned since the late 1980s.

St Nicholas Park
When Luke Cage (Mike Colter) returns to Harlem after his time in prison, he gets off at the bus stop in St. Nicholas Park, where he meets Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson). A little later, he passes by this park again during his conversation with Misty Knight (Simone Missick). She encourages him to take over from Pop for the good of the youth in the neighbourhood.

Mount Zion Cemetery
This is the cemetery where Elektra is supposed to be buried. Having become the Black Sky, she returns to the site of the grave in which she should normally rest in peace. This 320,000 m2 cemetery, opened in 1893, contains about 210,000 tombs.

Metro Diner

Jazz At Lincoln Center
Alexandra Reid (Sigourney Weaver) likes solitude, especially to listen to classical music in front of the huge bay window with a breathtaking view of Central Park. This building is an integral part of the Time Warner Center and houses the first concert hall designed entirely for jazz. The largest of its three amphitheatres has 1,233 seats.

When Jessica was investigating the various companies owned by The Hand, she conducted her research in the records room of Surrogate’s Courthouse, a beautiful Beaux-Arts-style building opened in 1907.

Wall Street Heliport
Danny Rand (Finn Jones) and Colleen Wing (Jessica Henwich) return by helicopter from their long chase of The Hand around the world. They land here at the exact moment the earthquake hits. You can imitate them because it is from this jetty that flights over the city take place. Let’s hope your return to earth is less hectic!

Just after the earthquake that hit New York City, Matt Murdock moved to the roof of his apartment to stay on standby. You can then see this superb neo-classical building recognizable by its domes and columns.
