Vacuum cleaner store

“It’s gonna take me some time to get your new situation fixed. Until then, you’re gonna be staying here. I got a place downstairs, out of sight. It’s not the Ritz-Carlton, but it’s comfortable enough for short-term.”
Ed Galbraith (Robert Forster)
Ed Galbraith, a central character in Breaking Bad
If he makes only one appearance, the character Ed Galbraith remains very important in the universe of Breaking Bad. To play him, the showrunners wanted to call on a big name and recruited Robert Forster, an iconic Hollywood actor seen in Jackie Brown by Quentin Tarantino. Ed Galbraith is in charge of providing a new identity to those the police are looking for. An activity that he carries out secretly, pretending to be a vacuum cleaner repairman. Present in the penultimate episode of season 5, he makes his return in El Camino, the film relating the after Breaking Bad for Jesse Pinkman. Unfortunately, Robert Forster passed away on the day the film was released.

Mattresses, not vacuums
Ed Galbraith’s store is, like in Breaking Bad, located in the suburbs of Albuquerque. The only difference is that the store in question, whose front has since undergone a slight renovation, actually sells mattresses and not vacuum cleaners. So there’s no need to go to the owner to change your life and become a pastry shop manager in Nebraska like dear Saul Goodman.
The actor Robert Forster appears in only one episode of Breaking Bad, episode 7 of the second part of season 5.
Casa Furniture
This address is now occupied by Casa Furniture, a mattress store.
It is in a small commercial area north of Albuquerque that this commercial space is located today dedicated to the sale of mattresses. It is here that Breaking Bad located the vacuum cleaner shop run by the character of Robert Forster, which Saul Goodman addresses to disappear following his collaboration with Walter White. If the painting has since changed, the storefront remains very recognizable.
