Determined to go to the funeral of her ex-lover on the island of Ré, Helen (Joan Collins) forces a housewife, Priscilla (Pauline Collins), to accompany her to get to her destination. Finally arrived on the island, the two women went to the funeral in the church of Saint-Martin-de-Ré.

Unfortunately for them, they are thrown out of the church by the daughter of the deceased when Helen claims she is her mother. On their way out of the place of worship, they are picked up by the police regarding Alberto’s death.

Despite the same last name, the two actresses are not related.
