Jardin des Tuileries

“- Like in The Moustache. It’s about a guy who shaves his moustache and nobody notices and it drives him crazy.”
Hervé (Nicolas Maury)
The young woman worries about what others think, now that they know she is Mathias’ (Thibault de Montalembert) daughter.
Her friend and colleague reassures her that despite these revelations, it doesn’t change anything, at least for him.
The film La Moustache that Hervé mentions dates from 2005. It featured Vincent Lindon, Emmanuelle Devos and Mathieu Amalric.
Tuileries Garden
The Tuileries garden takes its name from the old palace, itself named after the presence of a tile factory established on this site until 1564.
In 1664, the famous gardener André Le Nôtre gave it its current French garden appearance. The tree-lined paths also give way to statues by Maillol, Rodin or Giacometti.
Its ponds and chairs arranged all around are conducive to a gentle break in the middle of the capital.
