On the trail of the mysterious criminal plaguing the world of comics, Ric Hochet is in Angoulême during the International Comics Festival.
The journalist is staying at the hotel Le Flore in the city of Charente. Faithfully reproduced in the album, the establishment has now disappeared in favor of a Lidl store.
The Ric Hochet albums have been translated into seven languages.
414 Rue de Bordeaux
Among the main roads of Angoulême, the rue de Bordeaux crosses the city of Charente from the Champ de Mars to its hospital center.
At number 414 stood the hotel Le Flore, which disappeared in 2015 to make way for a brand new Lidl supermarket.
