Lodging for free at Wilfrid’s, the man they swindle, Francis (Francis Soetens) and Hélène (Hélène Bressiant) take advantage of the region and go for a walk in Dragon Kingdom, the new name of the Planet of the Crocodiles.
Turning in Dragon Kingdom was not in the program. Instead, the actors had to go to the Futuroscope, like most tourists coming to Poitiers. Faced with the price of tickets, and the more than limited budget of the film, the film crew went to the planet of Crocodiles, less expensive.
The shooting of Braquer Poitiers allowed the realization of a sequel, Wilfrid, centered on the character of the owner of the car wash, now alone in his house.
La Planète des Crocodiles
Opened in August 2008, Terre de dragons was previously known as Planète des Crocodiles. Located in Civaux, the park covers more than 10,000m2.
Nine species of crocodilians and three species of turtles share the immense space, which is entirely dedicated and regulated to maintain a tropical rhythm. Exotic plants are also present in the environment such as cotton trees, papaya trees, banana trees and mango trees.
