Bond 25: All the information about the future film
Bond 25: Jamaica in the spotlight
Jamaica is the place from which the film team presented the 25th film of the James Bond saga. It was on GoldenEye Island, the site of Ian Fleming’s Jamaican villa, that some information was revealed.

First of all, Cary Joji Fukunaga gets the position of director, succeeding Sam Mendes. Director of Sin Nombre, Beasts of No Nation and screenwriter of Ça, the Californian will have the heavy task of bringing Bond’s new adventures to the big screen.
Daniel Craig once again takes over the role of 007, while Léa Seydoux returns as Dr Madeleine Swann. Rami Malek is also present at the casting as an antagonist and Jeffrey Wright will play the role of the CIA agent and friend of Bond, Felix Leiter.
Also featured will be Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, Rory Kinnear and Naomie Harris in their respective roles of M, Q, Bill Tanner and Moneypenny.
On the screenwriters’ side, Neal Purvis, Robert Wade and Paul Haggis, three regulars of the latest James Bond albums, are joined by Scott Z. Burns to work on this new opus based on the works of Ian Fleming. Given the various liberties taken with the former spy’s novels, it is likely that one of the episodes left out will resurface. In order to add some fantasy and a bit of weirdness, Daniel Craig wanted Phoebe Waller-Bridge to write the script. The creator of Fleabag and Killing Eve is thus added to the list of recruited authors.
Filming has already started. On March 29, a video of the shooting in Norway leaked onto the Internet, in which a child is seen running across a frozen lake being chased by a masked and armed man. Italy, London and Jamaica are also part of the Bond 25 landscape.
