Address Tuileries Garden Place de la Concorde, 75001 Paris, France

The Tuileries garden takes its name from the old palace, itself named after the presence of a tile factory established on this site until 1564.

In 1664, the famous gardener André Le Nôtre gave it its current French garden appearance. The tree-lined paths also give way to statues by Maillol, Rodin or Giacometti.

Its ponds and chairs arranged all around are conducive to a gentle break in the middle of the capital.
