Address The Continental 1 Wall St, New York, NY 10005, USA

An apartment complex in Manhattan’s financial district, 1 Wall St Court or Beaver Building once housed the offices of the New York Cocoa Exchange.

With its iron shape reminiscent of the famous Flatiron Building, 1 Wall St Court does not go unnoticed. Built between 1903 and 1904, it underwent several renovations in 1937 and in the 1980s. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005, it was designed by the architectural firm Clinton and Russell and remains a famous example of the Renaissance Revival style. It is 62 meters high and has fifteen floors. Its structure is entirely made of steel.
