Address Ten Trinity Square London WC1X 0AR, UK

Designed in 1912 by architect Edwin Cooper, the splendid building at Ten Trinity Square has had different functions over the years.

Built to house the new headquarters of the Port of London Authority, 10 Trinity Square was one of the largest buildings in the British capital. Hundreds of people came every day to pay duties on goods landed in the port.

Severely damaged during World War II, it later served as the European headquarters of insurance broker Willis.

Today, the building has been purchased by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. The company transformed it into a luxury hotel consisting of 100 rooms, 41 private residences as well as a private club, opened in 2017.
