Opened in 1970, the Comtesse de Ségur kindergarten has 3 classes for a total of about 60 students on average. The name of the school comes from Sophie Rostoptchine, alias the Comtesse de Ségur, a woman of letters from the beginning of the 19th century who published many children’s stories. Her most famous works are Les Malheurs de Sophie, Les Petites Filles modèles and L’auberge de l’Ange gardien.
