La Main Jaune is a sculpture located on the Pila traffic circle in Châtellerault between 2010 and 2018.

Considered as one of the ugliest roundabouts in France, the Main Jaune is a sculpture by Francis Guyot. Project started in 2003 and commissioned by the president of the General Council of the Vienne René Monory, this 24-meter high hand represents the working-class and industrial identity of the city of Châtellerault’s past.

The hand was composed of 7 vehicles descending from its top. There was a 4CV, a Beetle, a 2CV, a Fiat 500, a Mini, a Twingo and a 205. At the top, an egg symbolizes the embryonic design of the automobile of the future.
