Often referred to as “Bercy” because it was established in this area of Paris in 1988, the Ministry of the Economy and Finance is the ministerial department responsible for the management of public finances and the economic policy of the French State.
Composed of five buildings, the architectural complex covers an area of 2,800,000 ft2.
On the roof of one of the buildings, the “Colbert”, a helipad was erected. However, the latter, rarely used, is now abandoned, especially because of the construction of the François-Mitterrand library, whose construction disturbs the aerology of the site.
