Address Louise 1000 Brussels, Belgium

A metro and streetcar station, Louise went into service on August 16, 1985 and is part of the life of the people of Brussels.

At the time of its inauguration, the station was officially named Place Louise. However, on October 2, 1988, its name was changed to simply Louise. The station has three underground levels and is located near the Palais de Justice. The Brussels metro is the only metro in Belgium comparable to those in London and New York. It is relatively new, compared to the Paris metro, for example, and was put into service in 1976. It has four lines, with more than 150 million users every year.
