A vast private property on the island of Kaua’i, the Jurassic Kahili Ranch is especially popular for having hosted the filming of several films from the Jurassic Park saga.

Located north of Kaua’i, this vast space made up of hills, valleys and other lakes, was offered to the Mary N. Lucas family by King Kamehameha III in 1847. Bought in 2003 to transform it into a natural sanctuary, it has the particularity of both housing an authentic ranch but also several areas reserved for filming. Four films from the Jurassic Park saga were filmed there, as well as several documentaries and other commercials.
