Site of an ancient port, this site is one of the most spectacular on the Atlantic coast of Devon in England.
From the port erected at the time of Henry VIII, destroyed during a storm, only part of the wall of the old pier remains today, visible only at low tide. Characterized by its protruding rocks, the site has also been the scene of several shipwrecks. Praised by hikers, it now regularly hosts the filming of films and series such as Treasure Island, The War Zone, Solomon Kane, Rebecca and House of the Dragon.
