This complex consists of three historic buildings and a commemorative park, namely the town hall, the auditorium and the library.
It was in 1931 that the town hall and the auditorium of East Point were inaugurated. In 1939, it was the turn of the library to open its doors. Victory Park, dedicated to citizens who died in the war, is laid out as it was in the 1930s. Despite the historical importance of the place, it is threatened by lack of maintenance and an inadequate public policy. An application has been filed to incorporate it into the Georgia Trust of Historic Preservation.
