Address Ames Mansion 257 Massapoag Ave, North Easton, MA 02356, USA

Built in the early 1900s, the Ames Mansion is a magnificent stone house now part of Borderland State Park in Easton, MA.

The Ames Mansion was once the primary residence of Blanche Ames, an artist, botanist and women’s rights activist, and her husband, Oakes Ames, heir to a family whose wealth was secured by a manufacturing company of shovels. Open all year round, the Ames Mansion does not reveal itself in its entirety to its visitors. Only a few rooms remain accessible. Not only to tourists but also to shootings. The house hosted those of the remake of Ghostbusters in 2016 and the thriller Knives Out, by Rian Johnson.
