This cemetery is one of the largest and oldest burial sites in the Pittsburgh area of ​​Pennsylvania.

This multi-denominational cemetery is located on a wooded hill in the Lawrenceville neighborhood. Overlooking the Allegheny River, from which it takes its name, the cemetery was established in 1845. It is the sixth oldest in all of the United States.
