The Hôtel de Craon at this address was built over two centuries: the 18th and 19th centuries.
Owned by Mr. Jolly, a public works contractor from 1863, the building housed the Dupaty Circle for Science and Art. In 1878, the hotel was acquired by the Princess of Beauvau-Craon.
It housed the city’s police headquarters from 1954 to 2017. Today, this beautiful building, listed as a historical monument in 1928, houses shops.
