Extremely rich in various references to pop culture and especially to movies from the 1970s and 1980s, Stranger Things is full of easter eggs. The police station and its residents are no exception. For example, the uniforms and patches are a direct reference to the Amity Island police force in Steven Spielberg’s masterpiece Jaws.
