Several hours after the Golden Globes victory of the feature film based on the life story of the group Queen and their leader Freddy Mercury, the Royal Guards fittingly celebrated this victory with great fanfare. To the delight of tourists and passersby, the cult music resonated in the courtyard of Buckingham Palace and on the social networks.

The film, for the most part shot in London and surroundings, extended its list of awards with the Golden Globe 2019 for the best drama motion picture and best performance by an actor in a drama motion picture for Rami Malek, who played the star singer.
Among the London locations in Bohemian Rhapsody, we can see Union Street, where the singer throws his manager out of a limousine, the Hornsey Town Hall where the group recorded the famous eponymous song, but also the Gilette Building, in Greater London, used for the interior scenes of Freddy’s house in Zanzibar.
